Orders requesting regular shipping are shipped within 3 business days. Residential shipments are sent via UPS. Business days are Monday though Friday (excluding holidays). Orders requesting express shipping are shipped the following business day. You can expect delivery in 2 business days after shipping. Express shipments are sent via Federal Express (FedEx) or UPS Next Day. Their business days are Monday through Friday.
At this time It Ain't Chemo only ships merchandise to the U.S. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the order amount being shipped to that address.
We trust you will be satisfied with your It Ain't Chemo purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, the It Ain't Chemo return policy is stated below.
The merchandise may be mailed back to us. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned.

It Ain't Chemo will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or It Ain't Chemo will issue a Merchandise Credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions has been met:
1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original It Ain't Chemo Receipt or the original It Ain't Chemo Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all It Ain't Chemo Direct orders.)
